Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy for Science Clubs, Birthday Parties in Private Homes, and School Workshops. Please note, payment is due on the day of the event.

1. Science Clubs:

  • Cancellation 7+ Days Before: No charge. You may reschedule for no additional cost.

  • Cancellation 3-6 Days Before: 50% charge of the event fee. Rescheduling option available.

  • Cancellation 1-2 Days Before: Full event fee due. Rescheduling may be offered for an additional fee.

  • No Show: Full event fee due. Rescheduling may be available at an additional cost.

2. Birthday Parties:

  • Cancellation 14+ Days Before: No charge. You may reschedule for no additional cost.

  • Cancellation 7-13 Days Before: 50% charge of the event fee. Rescheduling option available.

  • Cancellation 1-6 Days Before: Full event fee due. Rescheduling may be offered for an additional fee.

  • No Show: Full event fee due. Rescheduling may be available at an additional cost.

3. School Workshops:

  • Cancellation 14+ Days Before: No charge. You may reschedule for no additional cost.

  • Cancellation 7-13 Days Before: 50% charge of the event fee. Rescheduling option available.

  • Cancellation 1-6 Days Before: Full event fee due. Rescheduling may be offered for an additional fee.

  • No Show: Full event fee due. Rescheduling may be available at an additional cost.

4. Homeschooling Services:

  • Cancellation 7+ Days Before: No charge. You may reschedule for no additional cost.

  • Cancellation 3-6 Days Before: 50% charge of the service fee. Rescheduling option available.

  • Cancellation 1-2 Days Before: Full service fee due. Rescheduling may be offered for an additional fee.

  • No Show: Full service fee due. Rescheduling may be available at an additional cost.

Rescheduling:
 We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the event and are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply for short-notice changes.

If I Am Unwell or Unable to Attend: In the unlikely event that I am sick or unable to attend your scheduled event due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible. I will make every effort to arrange a suitable replacement or reschedule the event at no additional cost to you. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Payment is due on the day of the event.

  • Refunds are not offered for cancellations, but rescheduling options are available as per the policy.

  • Cancellations due to inclement weather or unforeseen events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
